ACCA eligibility criteria
To pursue ACCA qualification, candidates must be at least 18 years old and have successfully completed their 10+2 exams with an aggregate of 65% in Mathematics/Accounts and English, along with a minimum of 50% in other subjects.

Syllabus
This level provides a broad understanding of essential accounting techniques, including effective business operations, management accounting and financial accounting. The level is divided into three exams:
- Business and technology (BT)
- Management accounting (MA)
- Financial accounting (FA)
This level builds on existing knowledge and understanding to develop strong, broad and practical finance qualities required in strategic professional accountants in any sector or industry. It has six exams:
- Corporate and business law (LW)
- Performance management (PM)
- Taxation (TX)
- Financial reporting (FR)
- Audit and assurance (AA)
- Financial management (FM)
This level helps develop the technical expertise, ethics and professional skills needed to manage business and accounting problems. Every element of this level has a real-world focus. It has four exams with two mandatory subjects and two options to choose from four subjects:
- Strategic business leader (SBL)
- Strategic business reporting (SBR)

The ACCA qualification is the world’s leading accountancy qualification for aspiring students and finance professionals, equipping them with the skills, knowledge and values to have successful careers and lead in the organisations they work in.
ACCA has 13 subjects and the exams are divided into three levels, i.e., applied knowledge, applied skills and strategic professional.
ACCA is recognised by most multinational companies in India and globally. All large consulting firms, including Grant Thornton Bharat, recruit ACCA-qualified professionals. ACCAs can work in various job roles, including internal auditors, tax consultants, insolvency practitioners, risk managers, business analysts, group accountants and chief financial officers.
Top recruitment industries include banking and financial services, corporate finance, management consulting, audit and accounting (excluding the function of external auditors), insurance and education.
ACCA exams of knowledge level can be given anytime during the year. However, for skill and professional levels, ACCA conducts computer-based exams (CBEs) four times a year in the months of March, June, September and December.

Cancellation and refund policy
The refund policy in case of withdrawal of nomination would work as follows:
- 50% refund for cancellations up to five days before the start date
- No refunds for cancellations within five days of the start or no-shows
- Cancellations must be emailed; participants may join future batches at no extra cost upon early request.
