👤 Munjal Almoula
Partner, Grant Thornton India LLP

Munjal is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India with 20 years of experience in accounting and consulting. He specialises in transfer pricing matters across sectors.

He has advised companies on various aspects of transfer pricing, including assisting in the design of operating/business models, setting of pricing policies and assisting with defence documentation, litigation, and resolution of disputes through the APA/MAP route. Clients in various in categories which have benefitted from his advice including healthcare, manufacturing/industrial products, chemicals, media and entertainment, telecom and technology sectors. Some of the reputed companies he has advised include Tata Group, Novartis, Ciba, Vedanta, FedEx, Star TV and Bharat Petroleum.

Chartered Accountant, Gurugram

Rajeev is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with over 16 years of experience in dealing with Indian and international tax issues. He has been associated with transfer pricing since its introduction in Indian legislations and has worked on various transfer pricing assignments, including compliance, documentation, planning and business model/price structuring.

Rajeev’s experience spans across sectors such as media and entertainment, publishing, auto ancillary, IT/ITES, industrial manufacturing and engineering. He has represented various complex transfer pricing matters before the tax authorities and has also worked on Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP). He has also been involved in numerous bilateral as well as unilateral APAs, including complex transactions like management service charges, royalty and PE attribution.

Ajay has more than 13 years of experience (including 9 years with a leading accounting and tax advisory firm) handling high-end transfer pricing advisory, documentation and assessment assignments across ITES, auto ancillary, industrial products and design engineering sectors to name a few.

Ajay has also extensively worked on unilateral APAs, including conceptualisation of APA strategies and conducting meetings with the APA authorities; MAP with specific experience with US MAP applications; global core documentation projects; CbCR and Master File projects; Safe Harbour assignments; and high-end TP litigation assignments. He has been associated with some landmark tribunal rulings.

👤 Gaurav Mittal
Chartered Accountant, Noida

Gaurav is a Chartered Accountant and a law graduate with over 14 years of experience in dealing with various tax advisory and litigation assignments. He has worked with a wide spectrum of clients including telecom operators, telecom equipment suppliers, satellite companies, electronics manufacturer, real estate developers, rolling stock supplier etc.

Gaurav is a member of various tax forums and is a regular speaker on corporate and international tax issues. He is also the author of ‘Practical Handbook on Tax Issues in Foreign Remittance and Foreign Tax Credit', published by CCH (a Wolters Kluwer business) in 2014.

Cancellation and refund policy

The refund policy in case of withdrawal of nomination would work as follows:-

  • A refund of 50% of the fee would be provided for cancellation requests received up to five working days before the training start date
  • Participants who cancel in less than five working days, or there is no show on the training date are  liable to pay the full course fee and would not be entitled to refunds.

Cancellations must be made via emails only. However desirous participants can be accommodated in the future batches of program, without paying anything extra. It is requested that willingness to attend any future program should be communicated at the earliest convenience.
